Design and Optimization of Smart Factory Control System Based on Digital Twin System Model

چکیده

Aiming at the problems of irrational allocation resources, low efficiency caused by unbalanced production line layout, and slow upgrade smart factory, this paper builds a real physical factory platform through optimal control strategy uses GRAFCET algorithm to optimize logistics scheduling during actual system operation. The genetic is used layout effect line; digital twin technology provide predictive analysis technical support for upgrading reengineering line. Through comparison capacity equipment utilization virtual processing scheme, practice shows that design can effectively improve accuracy lean method in process reorganization. Quantitative manufacturing industry provides powerful theoretical support.
